The Clinton Crimestoppers was established in October 1986 as a result of a fire in our local nursing home. Clinton Crimestoppers in a not for profit organization, operated by a Board of Directors of fifteen community volunteers. Clinton Crimestoppers is funded in part by fees from the Circuit Court. Clinton Crimestoppers has been a great asset to the police department and the Clinton community and has help solve several cases through their tips. Clinton Crimestoppers will pay for information that leads to an arrest and conviction on any crime in Clinton or DeWitt County.
