City City of Clinton recently completed a Strategic Plan. The final version can be viewed by clicking on the image below. The City of Clinton desired (and completed) the following:
Develop a Vision Statement
Develop a Mission Statement
Establish Organizational Values
Establish clearly defined achievable goals and objectives for the city to accomplish over the next four years
Complete an alignment and prioritization exercise for the identified goals
Assign champion(s) to manage each goal
Develop implementation strategies for each goal
